Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long-term medication. Requests may be made by:

• Depositing your request in the collection box in the surgery.
• Posting your request to us.
• Logging into Patient Access (via the link at the top of this page) and using the details provided by the practice and ordering online.
• There is a dedicated email address for repeat prescriptions: byfieldscripts.k83031@nhs.net please only use this if you are unable to access any of the other options above.
• You can call 01327 265841 and press the option for repeat presciptions this service is available from 10.30am to 12.00pm
• medication can be collected from 8.45 Monday to Friday

PLEASE ALLOW 72 hours, 3 working days, if you order over the weekend your prescription will be available the following Wednesday, if however you order at the weekend and the Monday is a bank holiday your prescription will be available the following Thursday
